About me
Who am I?
I am Dan Sadler. Currently, I'm based in Durham, USA. I grew up in Wolverhampton, UK and spent 8 years studying in Liverpool, UK.
I studied Sport & Exercise Science at university, and I have a PhD in Physiology.
I'm a postdoctoral fellow at Duke University. And I'm trying to better understand molecular events that govern how both nutrition and exercise influence metabolic resilience.
What am I working on?
The current focus of my research is to understand how ketolysis influences skeletal muscle metabolism.
Why this blog?
I started this blog to share ideas. I want to sharpen my thinking on topics I'm curious about. I also want to improve my writing. And I hope I'll connect with others through the writing process.
